Club President/ Executive: Club Leads/ President must register as a member and complete the the club approval form at the beginning of each membership year.

Club President Registration Information

Player and Team Staff must register prior to participating in a practice or tournament.   Memberships are 100% non-refundable. All Club volunteers should also register (this membership is free).
