NORCECA Men’s

Continental Championship

The countdown is officially ON! Eight Men’s Teams from across the NORCECA Federation touch down in Moncton in just 10 DAYS to battle it out at the 2026 NORCECA Men’s Continental Championship, with a direct berth to the LA 2028 Olympic Games on the line.

Here’s what you can expect throughout the week:

September 11–13 | Pool Play

Experience the energy build during the opening rounds as all eight nations take the court to establish their rankings. Watch every team give it their all before the elimination rounds begin.

September 14–16 | Continental Playoffs

The intensity rises as the tournament moves into the quarterfinals and semifinals, bringing a true “win or go home” atmosphere. Teams will battle for a podium finish — and one of three guaranteed spots at the 2027 World Championship.

September 18–19 | Olympic Qualifier

Be part of history as the tournament culminates in a high-pressure playoff for a direct berth to the LA 2028 Olympic Games. With the USA already qualified as the host nation, the remaining top-ranked teams will battle in a winner-take-all showdown for the golden ticket to Los Angeles.

September 12–13 | Coach Symposium

Join Men’s National Team Head Coach Dan Lewis, U SPORTS coaches, Volleyball Canada performance staff and special guests for two mornings of professional development. $75 registration includes tickets to the matches on September 12 & 13.

September 17 | UNB Reds vs. Dalhousie Tigers

Catch a U SPORTS men’s exhibition match at the Avenir Centre as the UNB Reds take on the Dalhousie Tigers. 7:00 PM | FREE admission!

September 18–19 | Fan Fest

Downtown Moncton is getting in on the action! Fan Fest will take over the area outside the Avenir Centre with an outdoor volleyball court on Main Street, games, a DJ and exciting fan activations.

Friday: 1:00–7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM

2027 East Coast Open Expression of Interest

The dates are locked in! The 2027 East Coast Open will take place February 12-14, 2027 at the Moncton Coliseum. Secure your team’s spot today by submitting an Expression of Interest!

Join some of the top teams from across the East Coast for three days of high-level competition across all divisions.

2026-2027 Club Season

The 2026–27 club season is officially underway with tryouts! Here are a few important reminders as teams get started:

Coaches: All coaches must have an approved Volleyball NB membership before working with athletes. You can purchase your membership HERE

Rosters: Once your team is selected, submit your full roster — athletes, coaches & managers — immediately to rosters@volleyballnb.org. Rosters not received by October 1, 2026 may be subject to a fine.

Keep an eye out for Age-Class Provincials registration – it will be open mid-september!
